Can you do a complete setup for me?

Yes, we have a Concierge service where we set up everything for you for $99 USD per event + $25 USD per badge type. We'll take care of everything up until your event is over. 

What we need from you:

  • Create an account on ConferenceBadge.com
  • Your choice of PDF Badges or Printed Badges.
  • Your attendee list and info in an Excel file. If you're using Eventbrite you'll need to export your attendee list into an Excel file.
  • The logos or images you want to use.
  • Your choice of template or a design layout.
  • The types of badges you wish to have e.g. VIP, Attendee, Speaker, etc. ($25 USD per type)
  • Do you need QR codes?
  • The number of blank badges you wish to have (if ordering Printed badges)
  • Your phone number

Please send all of this to help@conferencebadge.com, an agent will contact you personally.

NOTE: The PDF generation cost ($0.25 USD/badge) nor the printing ($2 USD/badge) and shipping of badges is included in the Concierge service fee.
