Please note that this information is intended for users hosting their event on Eventbrite. 

You need to collect information for all attendees. Right now, one person can probably buy many tickets but provide information for themselves only. 

To configure your order form to collect information for all attendees, follow this Eventbrite tutorial.

Once you have collected information of all attendees you'll have to reimport them into Conference Badge by clicking the grey sync button.
